RETURN POLICY
 

 

Thanks for the opportunity to serve you and your needs. Purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in our payment options section. Dyne Power Pack LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time. 

 

You may return any Non-Powered Equipment for a refund within 15 days of receipt or delivery date. Qualified returned items must be in like new salable condition, with original materials and packaging. We require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You are responsible for return shipping and initial shipping charges whether paid by you or were free as a Dyne Power Pack LLC  promotion, are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise. Gasoline powered equipment that has been fueled is not returnable due to DOT carrier rules and flammability concerns. A restocking fee may apply on returned items.  Custom built items are not returnable. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

• Flat Freight Rate Orders Under $4000

• Freight is determined by location with $25 minimum purchase within the continental 48 states (except trailer units).  

Final shipping costs are determined by destination and accessibility of truck/carrier to unload. ​

Due to truck carrier residential delivery restrictions, non-commercial deliveries, with no dock or forklift may require customer pick up at the closest freight terminal. Customers may prefer optional delivery to the recipient’s residential address, with additional fees or when liftgate service is required. No Residential Fees will be charged for pick up at the closest carrier terminal.
